The motivation behind starting Fir was to set up a creative business run first and for-most by experienced creative people. Experienced people who embrace the business world around them but still endeavour to push the boundaries of design, digital and multimedia.
We work with a series of extremely talented local freelancers to deliver a full range of design, digital and multi-media services. Our mission is to provide our clients with the creative edge to stand out in their respective market place.
Haydn Kwan
FOUNDER OF THE COMPANY
Haydn founded Fir Design in 2020. Over his career he has worked in many different creative industries including graphic design, advertising, web design, 2D animation, TV and user experience design. He also possess qualifications to match his experience with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Monash University and Masters of Animation and Interactive media at RMIT. He has also completed a graduate certificate in multimedia at Swinburne University and most recently studied User Experience Design with General Assembly.
Meet Our Team
Chris hocking
With over 10 years experience working in 2D animation and Motion graphics Chris brings an array of creative and technical skills to the table. He combines his strong design skills with a keen sense of movement to produce eLearning animation and Motion Graphics that both engages and excites. Having honed his craft in a studio environment Chris follows a thorough process that involves scripting, storyboarding and finished artwork resulting in a well informed product that both reaches and captivates its target audience.
Keleigh lynch
Keleigh has worked extensively in both the research and development aspects of user experience design. She is skilled in gathering user data and synthesising it in ways that help to create more user friendly digital experiences. Keleigh is also adept at working in digital production teams and running design workshops with clients to prototype functionality that benefits both the stakeholder and the user alike.
