Flippa – Saved search EDM templates
The work
Flippa is a digital platform that allows people to buy and sell online businesses. The saved search feature on the Flippa website allows visitors to select items of interest which are then automatically emailed to them. These saved items turn up in EDM format. In order to get attention Flippa needed visually arresting and human centred EDM templates to replace the basic text versions that were being sent out.
The result
We created a series of designs which introduced a human element that was sorely missing. The images focus on people involved in activities related to the online product. This photo centric approach aimed to engage people more with the emails in the hope that they would click, explore and ultimately purchase.
